This is further supported by the fact that if I play back an item on my Roku 4 via the DS Video app, playback is very normal, so I'm guessing the capacity of the CPU isn't the issue. I thought the ds415play ought to be able to handle 1080p streams locally, which makes me wonder if there is an issue work my Plex configuration. ![]() I'm not sure if this is sure to an issue with my nas, my Plex server configuration, or with the fire TV/Roku 4. I notice frequently that playing a video through Plex via my local network (not remotely), on either a fire TV or Roku 4, playback hangs a lot. Request update DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 3 build to allow to download Plex Server application over 1.6. The Plex server will run but won't find a server, the fix is to use Plex Server 1.6 or above. To clarify, most of my videos are 1080p and only a handful up to 2160p. DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 3 update created a problem with the Plex Server software you provide. ![]() I have a ds415play that, other than challenges during playback with Plex, has zero issues.
